The agreement between you and moonoo.be is established the moment you place an order with moonoo.be. You will receive the confirmation at the e-mail address you have provided. moonoo.be acknowledges that electronic communication can serve as proof of the order. By accepting the terms and conditions you also acknowledge this.


Article 1: General provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website ("Customer"). When placing an order via the moonoo.be webshop, the Customer must expressly accept these Conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Conditions, to the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded, unless these have been expressly accepted by moonoo in advance, in writing.


Article 2: Price

All prices stated are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other duties or taxes required by the Customer.

If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately. Delivery costs may vary by country and are shown exactly when you go through the steps for the purchase.

No shipping costs are charged for personal delivery or collection.

The price statement refers exclusively to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are intended for decorative purposes and may contain elements that are not included in the price.


Article 3: Offer

Despite the fact that the online catalog and the e-commerce website have been compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Article 4: Online purchases

Moonoo is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.


Article 5: Delivery and execution of the agreement

Items ordered through this web store are delivered to the requested address.

Depending on the country, period,... moonoo will select the most suitable transport company.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly provided otherwise, the goods will be delivered to the Customer's place of residence within 7 days of receipt of the order. We are not responsible for any delay by the transport company, but will of course do everything we can to deliver the purchased goods on time.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported immediately and immediately by the Customer to ellen@moonoo.be and this within 3 days after receipt of the purchase.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer as soon as he (or a third party designated by him, who is not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods.

We check our items before dispatch and ensure proper packaging, the customer undertakes to check the order upon delivery. Never accept packaging that is clearly damaged during transport and check your shipment immediately upon receipt! We check every shipment before it leaves the house. If you nevertheless discover damage to the items you have ordered, we ask you to inform us immediately, if possible we also ask us to email a photo of the damaged item. Never throw away the postal packaging before you have determined that your shipment is in good condition and never return a package that has already been received without contacting us beforehand.


Article 6: Retention of title

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of moonoo until full payment by the Customer.

The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to point out to third parties the retention of title of moonoo, eg to anyone who would seize the items not yet fully paid for.


Article 7: Right of withdrawal

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who purchase items online from moonoo.be in their capacity as consumers.

If the right of withdrawal applies:

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without stating reasons.

 The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the dayon which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must moonoo by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the agreement. The Customer can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but is not obliged to do so.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication regarding his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The Customer must return the goods to moonoo.be without delay, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he made his decision to withdraw from the agreement.has communicated, return or hand over to moonoo.be - Leernsesteenweg 155 - 9800 Deinze.The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer.

The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories supplied, and instructions for use. If the returned product is impaired in any way, moonoo reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim damages for any loss in value of the goods resulting from the Customer's use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

All returned items are carefully examined. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only inspect the article as he would be allowed to do in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but must not have been used. When an article has undergone a decrease in value due to the use of the Customer, this will be charged to the Customer.


If the Customer withdraws from the agreement, All About bv-moonoo.be willrepay all payments received from the Customer up to that point, including the standard delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after All About bv - moonoo.behas been informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. With sales agreements, All About bv . canwithhold the refund until he has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Any additional costs as a result of the Customer's choice for a different method of delivery than the one provided by All About bv - moonoo.becheapest standard delivery offered will not be refunded.

All About bv - moonoo.berepays the Customer with the same payment method with which the Customer made the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for such reimbursement.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in cash.


Article 8: Warranty

Under the law of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. This legal guarantee applies from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.

To invoke the warranty, the Customer must be able to present proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.

For items purchased online and delivered to the Customer's home, the Customer must contact ellen@moonoo.be and return the item to moonoo.be at his expense.

In the event of a defect, the Customer must inform moonoo as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within a period of 3 days after it has been established. Afterwards, any right to repair or replacement lapses.

The (commercial and/or legal) warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, use of the item contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the instructions for use or manual, adjustments or changes to the item. , heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.

Article 10: Sanctions for non-payment

Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights available to moonoo, in the event of non-payment or late payment from the date of default, the Client will owe an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount by operation of law and without notice. In addition, by operation of law and without notice, the Customer owes a fixed compensation of 10% of the amount concerned, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, moonoo reserves the right to take back items that are not (fully) paid for.

The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as evidence.


Article 16: Applicable law – Disputes

Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law regarding applicable law.

The courts of the Consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction in legal disputes. The Consumer can also turn to the ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
